The fund focuses on strategic land development projects throughout Norfolk County, with a particular emphasis on the growing urban centres of Delhi and Waterford. These locations present strong potential for value appreciation, driven by rezoning, land servicing, and development activities. In addition to the value increase during the development phase, the fund also targets ongoing cash flow through active management of the completed assets. These developments will include a mix of residential and commercial spaces, supporting both multi-family housing and mixed-use environments. Once completed, these projects will provide housing for over 100 residents and create new opportunities for several commercial businesses, helping to strengthen the local community and meet regional demand.
This investment strategy combines land value growth with income-producing potential, offering a balanced return profile for investors.
