The 600 Norfolk Street project is comprised of .56 acre which has been developed in to a 15,000 square foot 18 Unit residential townhome complex. The property (land) was acquired for $670,000 plus closing costs and after completion had an appraised value $5,930,000

This Opportunity known as a Limited Partnership had a projected target to raise $1.6M. We have since completed the development phase and tenants all units within a few weeks after completion of the project. Our partners are now enjoying the returns from cash flow and have already received a portion of their principal amount. The project was started in 2023 and is planned to be exited (sold) in 2029.

One of the more desirable aspects of this project is the community it is located in. This area has become a sought after destination for people looking to relocate outside of the G.T.A.. Noted by recent CMHC stats indicating a vacancy rate of less than 1% (actual CMCH Stat 0.02%. This indicates that the overall supply is not meeting the demand for rental units.
